22 Apr 1742: Division of real estate of Ebenezer Hawes late of Yarmouth set to Mrs Sarah Hawes Widow and Relict of said Ebenezer Hawes among six surviving children viz: John Hawes the Eldest son one fourth part [double share, being two eighths], Isaac Hawes, Benjamin Hawes, Bayes Hawes and Desire Hedge, Ruth Thacher and the children of Ebenezer Hawes Deces'd son of Ebenezer deceased.
