Ebenezer hamont the son of Thomas hamon & mary his wife was born June 23: 1710.
[Note: this birth, as reported, is impossible based on the birth of Thomas in July 1710. It is recorded on a page that is mostly 1712 dates, and Bond, p. 271, reports it as 1712, which makes it fit nicely between Thomas and Mary, so seems probable.]

20 Mar 1761: Thomas Hammond jun'r and Jonathan Hammond both of Waltham Yeomen for £20 quitclaim to Lemuel Jones of Weston yeoman all estate real and personal and money and bonds goods and chattels whereof our Brother Ebenezer Hammond late of Weston died seized of or was due him which title we purchased of our Hon'd Father Mr. Thomas Hammond of Waltham, to defend against claims of "us ... or of our sisters".
20 Mar 1761: Mercy Hammond of Weston Relict Widow of Ebenezer Hammond late of Weston dec'd intestate for £ from Lemuel Jones of Weston yeoman, and in consideration of having received all the goods I brought with me when I married, do quitclaim all rights of dower in the estate of my late husband.
[Note: the first deed is significant in showing that the residue after dower would have descended to brothers and sisters, meaning Ebenezer had no surviving children (in particular his daughter Mary, contradicting a speculation by Bond).]
