DOVER - Services will be Thursday at Dover Federated Church here for Earl Starbird, 75, Dover, who died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital. He was born August 15, 1898 in Dover. He was a retired farmer and lived in the same house on the same farm his entire life.

Mr. Starbird was a member of Dover Lodge No. 138, AF&AM, Nina Chapter Order of Eastern Star No. 486, Dover, and Dover Grange No. 1486.

He was married to Elizabeth Hufford at Dover on April 7, 1920. She survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Earlnor Starbird of the home.

Burial will be in Dove Cemetery, Dover, where Dove Masonic Lodge No. 138 will conduct graveside services. Austin Funeral Home, Eskridge, is in charge of arrangements.
