Identity

The 1838 edition of Burke appears to be the first reference to Dorothy Kekewich, wife of Francis Fox.[2] The 1939 edition simply refers to her as "Dorothy, a connection of the family of Kekewich".[2] Several genealogies have copied the 1838 edition and some have tried to place her into a Kekewich family, but it appears that her surname is unknown.
