STURNS, Dolly, wid. of Issachar of Ware, June 25, 1840, a. 66 y.
[Birth about 1774. No explanation available to explain the discrepancy in age at death, and that creates some doubt, as this would match the birth of sister Molly better than Dolly. The signature of Issachar Stearns signature on a probate document of Dolly's father seems to prove he married one of the daughters before 1791, and the marriage and death record say Dolly, and Molly would be only 16 at the time of the marriage, which would be untypical for colonial Massachusetts.]

  3. There is a death record in Bedford for PAGE, Dolley, b. Lexington, d. Ebenezer and Dorothy, Apr. 23, 1772. It could not be this Dorothy, as she was not born in Lexington, and she was 14 or more in 1784, hence born before 1770. Therefore, it must be a misrecording, after the fact, of the Dorothy that died 1762 in Lexington.
