Born: December 07, 1917 Died: April 21, 2008 Services:Thursday, April 24th at 1:00 P.M. (Here) Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation:Wednesday, April 23rd from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. Dorothy E. Blanchard, 90, died of natural causes on April 21, 2008, at the Glen Burnie Health and Rehab. Dorothy was born on December 7, 1917 in Baltimore, MD to her parents, Katherine (Dungan) and Edwin Moreau. She has been a resident of Glen Burnie for 13 years, previously living in S. Baltimore. Mrs. Blanchard did administrative work for various retail stores. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crochet and crafts. Dorothy's survivors include her beloved husband William Henry Blanchard, 3rd; loving children, Dorothy E. Kinnard and William Henry Blanchard, 4th. Also surviving are eight Grandchildren, eight Great-Grandchildren, and two Great-Great-Grandchildren. Mrs. Blanchard was preceded in death by her parents, Katherine (Dungan) and Edwin Moreau. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Dorothy will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.
