↑ Her death record, grave marker and Social Security record say she was born 4 Apr 1914, which matches her age of 5 in Jan 1920. However, that is only 4 1/2 months after the birth of Minnie, whose birth date of 14 Nov 1913 also matches her age of 6 in Jan 1920. Either one of the birth years is incorrect or one of the children was adopted. Assuming neither was adopted, and looking at the birth dates of the other children in the family, the best guess is that Dora was born in 1915, which is supported by the 1930 census (taken in April).
