OBITUARY:
Dora E. Benintendi, 83, died Friday, March 21, 1986, at Stafford District Hospital. Born Dora Brown Aug. 18, 1902, at Simco, Mo., she married David Benintendi July 4, 1919, at Granby, Mo. She was a retired employee of the St. John Greenhouse, and had been a resident of St. John since 1922, moving from Granby, Mo.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, St. John.
Survivors: husband, of the home; sons, Wilbur, San Martin, Calif., Ray, St. John; daughters: Dorothy Newmann, Denver, Bonnie Ragsdale, Springdale, Ark., nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday at the church with Rev. Keith Jacobsen officiating. Burial was in Fairview Park Cemetery, St. John.
