In Little Genesee, N. Y., June 30, 1865, Deidma Burdick, wife of Wait S. Burdick, in the forty-third year of her age. The deceased was the daughter of Dea. Jesse Greenman, of Hebron, Pa., and made a public profession of religion when she was about eleven years old. She led an earnest Christian life, was an excellent wife and mother, a much valued member of the 1st Seventh-day Baptist Church of Genesee, a benevolent, kind-hearted friend of the sick and poor, and in all respects a most estimable member of society.
