    Delbert E. Dilk
    Delbert E. Dilk, 77, of Versailles passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at the Thornton Terrace Health Care Center in Hanover. He was born in the Marble Corner community of Shelby Township near New Marion on January 11, 1928 the son of Clarence H. and Sina Wright Dilk. He was married to Martha Boekankamp on November 17, 1951 and she survives.
    Other survivors include two daughters, Sandra Kay Howlett of Versailles, Betty Wirtz and husband Steven of Versailles; three grandchildren, Chris Howlett and wife Bobbie of Milan, Karen Hubbard and husband Eric of Versailles, and Jeffery Wirtz of Versailles and great grandchildren, Conner and Anna Hubbard; two brothers, Floyd Dilk of Florida and Nelson Dilk of Versailles.
    Besides his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Clarence and Ralph Dilk.
    Mr. Dilk was a retired farmer and had worked as a truck driver for Howard Lostutter and had also worked at the Delaney Wood Heel Factory in Versailles. He was retired from Delta Faucet in Greensburg. He was a member of the Marble Corner Methodist Church and was currently a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Olean.
    Funeral services will be held Friday, January 28, 11 a.m. at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Olean with Pastor Marcus Felde officiating. Burial will be in the St. Peter's Cemetery in Olean. Visitation will be Thursday, January 27, 5-8 p.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home, Versailles.
    Memorials may be given to the Improvement Fund of St. Paul's or to St. Peter's Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
