Dean Williams 

 Dean Williams, 79, of Birdtown, Ark., passed away Monday, April 9, 2007.
 He was born Dec. 12, 1927, in Birdtown, Ark., a son of the late Roy L. Williams and Beatrice Elizabeth (Jones) Wil-liams. He was a carpenter and a member and long-time song leader of the Pleasant Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Birdtown.
 Survivors include his son, Scotty Williams and wife Sandy of Birdtown; two daughters, Brenda Deaver and husband Bobby of Plumerville and Cathy Skyrmes and husband Smokey of Lenexa, Kan.; brother, Royce Williams of Solgohachia; sister, Evelyn Trafford of Hill Creek; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
 He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Emalene (Wilson) Williams; and one grandson, Jeremy Rehm.
 Funeral services were 10 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2007, at the Harris Chapel with Bro. Doyle Glass officiating. Burial was at Kilgore Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
 Pallbearers were Aaron Pinter, Josh Rehm, Michael Williams, Johnny Trafford, Clay Williams and Gary Trafford.
