DeAnn Drollinger Graves
DEANN DROLLINGER GRAVES was born on April 10, 1931, at Marysville, Fremont, Idaho, the sixth child and youngest daughter of Cecil John and Norma Delone (Harris)Drollinger. The family moved to the Osgood area when DeAnn was 7 months old and she grew up in Osgood and lived there for 18 years. She attended schools at Osgood, O. E. Bell Junior High School, and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1949.
On June 28, 1949, she married Charles Elmer Graves in Osgood. The marriage was solomnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on July 12, 1950.
She worked at S. H. Kress Company, Symms Wholesale Grocery, J. C. Penney, as a Payroll Clerk at Hallway Manufacturing Company, as Secretary at Hawthorne Elementary for 13 years, and as an Idaho Falls School District special education bus aide for five years.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had been Primary President twice and served as Young Women's President and Relief Society President. She had 35 years in Scouting with 23 consecutive years as Cub Scout den leader. She received the Silver Beaver Award in 1983. She also served in various PTO positions and was a member of the Skyline Booster Club.
