Mr. McCue had lived near Rock Fish Gap until marrying, but removed with his fair bride, a daughter of Augusta county, to Greenbrier county (now W. Va.), and from there to Nicholas county, W. Va., settling on a large farm ten miles east of Summersville about 1795. Here he lived until his death. He served in the War of 1812 and received an honorable discharge at Norfolk. ...
