    A transcription:

    In the name of God Amen I David Lloyd of the Parish of Tref Eglwys, County of Montgomery and Diocese of Bangor being sick and weak in body but of full and perfect memory praise be god and calling to mind the mortality of my body and that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say cheefly and first of all I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body to be decently Interred att the discretion of my Executrix and as for such worldly goods as it hath pleased god to bless me with I do give and bequeath in manner and form folowing:

    Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my son David the sum of one shilling

    I give and bequeth unto my daughter Mary the sum of sixty pounds

    I give and bequeth unto my Daughter Hester the sum of thirty pounds

    I give and bequeth unto my Daughter Anne the sum of Thirty pounds

    I give and bequeth unto my brother Edwd Lloyd the sum of five pounds

    I give and bequeth unto my sister Mary Lloyd the sum of five pounds

    My will is that if my son David shall die without issue that the full portion of my Daughter Mary shall be equally divided between my two youngest Daughters.

    My will is that the portion of my two youngest Daughers shall be interest? when they are twelfe years of age but not due unto them until they are the full age of Twenty One

    All the Rest of my goods I give and bequeth unto my well beloved wife Mary Lloyd whom I do nominate and appoint to be Executrix of this my last will and Testament and do herby disalow and deny all other wills by me or for me ever made In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this Twentyninth day of April Anno domini 1727

    Item I do nominate and appoint John Bembow and Thomas Hall as Overseers of this my last will and Testatment

    Mundum that the sixty pounds which I have bequethed unto my daughter Mary are charged upon my Lands to be paid for her by David Lloyd my son and heir and if my daughter Mary shall die before she attain twenty one years my will is that her portion be equally divided between my two youngest daughters.
