    This is the Last Will & Testament of me David Lloyd of Cefnbarrach in the Parish of Trefeglwys Farmer that is to say I give and bequeath unto my son Owen Lloyd the Sum of Four Hundred and fifty pounds which I have in Mortgage upon an Estate called Tynyssd er situate in the Parish of Bugvildy in the County of Radnor together with any Interest that may be due thereon at the time of my decease I also give and bequeath unto my said son Owen Lloyd all my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expences and also to the payment of the following Legacies namely the Sum of Ten pounds which I give and bequeath unto my Son Richard Lloyd the Sum of Twenty pounds which I give and bequeath unto my Son John Lloyd the Sum of ten pounds which I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Lloyd and the Sum of twenty pounds which I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret Bennett Widow subject also to his taking proper care and the expence of keeping my daughter Elizabeth Lloyd with maintenance and clothing suitable to her helpless state during the term of her life and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Owen Lloyd sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all and every Will or Wills by me heretofore made and reaffirming this to be my last In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of April in the year of our Lord 1829 David Lloyd * Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Testator David Lloyd as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence subscribed our names hereto as witnesses the day and year above mentioned.
