Carpenter", "George W Carpenter", "Unto Richard Harkness & Daniel W Harkness", "appoint my sons William Harkness, Richard Harkness & Daniel W. Harkness .. executors"
"Petition of Daniel W Harkness of Adrian" dated at Tecumseh 17 Mar 1845 "the names & residences of the heirs at law of said David Harkness are as follows.
Asa Harkness & Joseph Harkness who reside in the state of Ohio. [See Person:Asa Harkness (2) and Person:Joseph Harkness (1)]
Elizabeth Simmons wife of John Simmons who resides in the State of New York [See Person:Elizabeth Harkness (6)]
