↑ Source:Pierce, Frederick Clifton. Fiske and Fisk Family Being the Record of Symond Fiske, Lord of the Manor of Stadhaugh, Suffolk County, England, p. 121, gives the birthdate of 23 Nov 1760. This belongs to the son of David Fisk and Elizabeth Blodgette,a different couple, and is clearly wrong, since such a birth would make him 10 at the time of his mother's death and far too young to be executor of her will. The birth in Bedford, in contrast, makes him just over 21, the oldest and only child of age in 1770, consistent with the information in the will.
