    11 Apr 1767: Account of Jedidiah Newton and Jemima his wife as she is adm'x of her former Husband David Fay late of Leicester Dec'd, allowed. Balance half to widow (Dec'd left four Children two of which Since Dec'd and widow made no charge for them), rest to Hannah & Jemima Fay.
    14 Apr 1767: Division of real estate of David Fay late of Leicester: to widow western part of house, and scaffold in barn, and 3 parcels of 22 acres total; to daughter Hannah 28 1/2 acres in two parcels with half of remaining part of the house barn; to daughter Jemima 48 acres in two parcels remainder of house and barn.
