His Will; In the name of God amen. I David Darnall of the county of Fauquier and Parrish of Leads being waek of body but of Perfect mind and memory thanks be to almighty God for the same I do constitute and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows:
First I leave and bequeath to my son John Darnall my Lot of Land Lying on Lord Fairfaxes manor of Leads to him and to his heirs forever.
Secondly I leave and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Molley Leer one Cow and Calf to be delivered to hir out of my Estate by my Executors hereafter to be mentioned when she may make a demand for the same to hir and to hir Heirs forever.
Thirdly it is my Desire that my Grand Son John Shaver shall be Educated with one years schooling by my Executors when he may arrive to a proper age to secure the same
Fourthly I lend to my beloved wife Mary Darnall all my Estate Except as above Excepted for her support and Maintainance During her natural Life and at her Death it is my will and Desire that my son John should have and Injoy all and singular of my said Estate Consisting of stocks of all kind house hold furniture and plantation utinsils which at the death of his said mother I give to him and to his heirs forever
Fifthly it is my Desire that my wife Mary Darnall and my son John Darnall be appointed Executrix and Executor to this my Last Will and Testament Given under my hand and Seal this Twenty Second day of March in the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred and eighty five.
