David states that he is age 19 at the time of filling out this info. His birth year is listed as 1899, instead of 1898, as I had previously thought. Photocopy of card is in my possession. To those who are interested in getting a brief physical description, check the film/ card; look on the back of the card. He is a laborer at Travis Mill Co. and lists his mother, Moselle Arnett as his next of kin.
