1 Apr 1794: Petition of Susannah Johnson that she is "not able to administer through age and Infirmities on the Estate of my late Husband Cap't Daniel Johnson", and requests her son Elias Johnson be appointed. 7 Apr 1794: Bond of Elias Johnson Yeoman of Haverhill as Administrator of Estate of Daniel Johnson late of Haverhill aforesaid Gentleman deceased. 7 Jul 1794: Inventory sworn to by Elias Johnson [Appraisers sworn 8 Apr, so probably taken soon after that date]. 1 Nov 1794: One third part of all the real estate of Cap'n Daniel Johnson set off unto his Widow Mrs Susanna Johnson as her Right of Dower. 3 Nov 1794: Accounting of Elias Johnson Adm'r of the Estate of Daniel Johnson late of Haverhill in said County [Essex] Gentleman dec'd Intestate". 23 Feb 1795: Division of estate: "[partition] Number one to Elias Johnson and Number Two to Cap't Timothy Johnson - Number Three fell by Lot to Mary Ayer Number four fell to Susanna Page Number five fell to Lydia Davis." 21 Sep 1795: Receipt of "our Brother Elias Johnson Administrator to the Estate of our Honoured Father Cap'n Daniel Johnson Late of Haverhill Deceased Each of us our full Shares" of personal estate. Signed by Timothy Johnson, Moses Davis, Lydia Davis, Asa Page, Susana Page, W'm Ayers, Mary Ayer. 11 Nov 1796: Judge decree authorizing division dated 23 Feb 1795.
