Thomas¹), born 20 September 1684 in Stratford, Connecticut (Barbour citing LR 2:183); and died 28 July 1750 at age 65 according to his gravestone in the Stratford Cemetery (Hale 510). … Daniel Hawley of Stratford wrote his will on 24 February 1749/50. It names his wife Elizabeth, two sons Oliver and Ephraim; Elizabeth the wife of Timothy Sherman; Abia the wife of Ephraim Osborn; son Edward Hawley; and appoints wife Elizabeth and all three sons as executors.
