Indenture of 07/25/1741 between Daniel Cole & Constance his wife, John Cood & Nancy his wife, of the one part, and Josiah Clapham, for 50 pds for 1 year 76 ½ acres, part of 153 acres which is part of 460 acres divided among the heirs of Thos. Albin, William King, dec'd & Samuel Thacker. Near a branch of the Potomack River. The 153 acres belonged to William King, dec'd & is a third part of 460 acres laid off in three equal parts for the heirs of Thomas Albin, Samuel Thacker & William King. Aforesaid Constance Cole and Nancy Cood being 2 of 4 daughters of said William King. Witness: Fras Awbrey, Samuel Hull, Ebe Floyd, Richard Roberts.
