Richmond County Court 6th of February 1694/5
- Order of Administration is granted to ANNE BOURNE upon all and singular the Estate of her late Husband, DANIEL BOURNE, she giving security &c.
- ANNE BOURNE together with JOHN NICHOLS did acknowledge themselves indebted to their Majestys Justices in the sum of Tweny thousand pounds of tobacco in cask to be paid &c. in case the said ANNE shall not truly administer the Estate of her deced Husband, DANIEL BOURNE and render up the same a true accompt when thereunto lawfully required
- Ordered that JOHN PARCIE and FRANCIS STEARNE some time between this and the next Court held for this County do meet at the House of DANL: BOURNE deceas'd and then and there do Inventory and appraise all and singular the Estate of the said DANIEL as the same shall be presented to their view and make report of their proceedings under their hands in writing to the next Court; It is ordered that ANNE, the Administrator of the said DANIEL be sworn to the true discovery of the said Estate by Mr. WILLIAM UNDERWOOD as likewise the said appraisers for their due appraisement thereof

- Ordered that NICHOLAS SMYTH offitiate as Constable this ensuing year in the room and precincts of DANIEL BOURNE deceased, and that the Sheriff of this County or his Deputie do cause the said NICHOLAS personally to appear before one of their Majesties Justices there to make Oath to the Execution of his said place and Office
