JEAN (FALLS) ANDERSON S4 Funeral services for Jean (Falls) Anderson, 70 of Pryor, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church of Pryor.

Dr. Wendell Lang will officiate and burial will follow in Adair Cemetery.

Anderson was born on April 23, 1930 in Ravia. She died on Sept. 24, 2000 in Tulsa.

The daughter of Rex and Katherine (Jackson) Falls, she grew up and attended school in Ardmore and Wilburton. She also attended Eastern A&M College there. She married [names of living individuals have been removed] Anderson on Oct. 21, 1951 in Wilburton. They bought a home in Pryor in 1954, but due to Mr. Anderson's various jobs they moved away numerous times. At one time while living in Stillwater, she was employed with an insurance company. After moving back to Pryor permanently, Anderson was employed by the First National Bank of Pryor where she worked until her retirement in 1996.

Anderson was a very active member of the First Baptist Church where she was involved with the Children's Ministry. She also loved to sew, bake, decorate cakes, ceramics, gardening and especially enjoyed playing the piano.

Survivors include her husband of the home; [names of living individuals have been removed;] and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy and her parents.

Friends are contributing to First Baptist Church Children's Ministry or the American Cancer Society.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today in the Key Funeral Home Chapel in Pryor.
