Will of Neal Gillespie of the Township of Pikerun, County of Washington & State of Pennsylvania.
Names "beloved wife Nancy", daughter Elizabeth Erwin, daughter Susanah Beacher, son James, daughter Mary Krepps, "I will and bequeath unto Hanah Miller the sum of two hundred dollars provided she lays no claim unto the estate of John Gillespie"
"I will and bequeath unto John Gillespie the sum of two hundred dollars provided he lays no claim unto the estate of John Gillespie dec'd", granddaughter Susanah Boils, "I will that my slaves during life to wit Jupiter, Susanah & Sarah be manumitted and freed at my decease and further it is my will that the sum of twelve dollars be paid unto Jupiter during his natural life yearly and every year and further that the said Sarah shall have one cow, two sheep and it is my will that her mistress should give her a bed and some house hold furniture"
"Item I will that all my young blacks should be free at the age of white people, Boys at the age of twenty one and girls at the age of eighteen".
