    Mrs. Cyrus Colvin

    Cornelia J. Smith was born near Crawfordsville, Indiana, July 16, 1854. She was the daughter of Elias M. and Sarah Ann[Beachman]Smith, who came from Ohio and settled near Crawfordsville.

    She is survived by her husband, Cyrus Colvin, two brothers, Sandford Smith, of Crawfordsville, Ind. and J. H. Smith of Enid; a sister, Mary Surface of Crawfordsville, Ind. and a host of friends and relatives who mourn her death.

    At Hutchinson, Kan. she met and married Cyrus Colvin on Oct. 2nd 1909. They later came to Oklahoma and made their home.

    The unfortunate woman was burned to death at her home in Lahoma.

    The funeral service will be conducted at the Christian Church on Tuesday morning, by Pastor Wellman and burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery at Lahoma.
