Cordella "Peg" Bockey, 78, of Risingsun, died Sunday at Gibsonburg Heal th Care Center. She was born in Old Fort to Daniel and Edith (Stokes) Sump. She married Ma rvin D Bockey on Oct. 28, 1951, in Covington, Ky, and he died Feb. 9, 1964 .

Mrs. Bockey was a homemaker and a member of Scott Trinity United Methodi st Church in Risingsun.

Surviving is son Robert D of Risingsun. She is preceded by sisters Alice H armon, Virgie Hull, Mabel Eckelbarger, Hilda McClure, Dorothy Black, Elean or "Red" Reineck and Patricia C Sump and brothers Clarence "Bud" and Ca rl "Dutch" Sump.

Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Scott Trinity United Methodist Churc h, corner of Sandusky CO Roads 11 and 32, Risingsun.

Burial: Scott Trinity Cemetery.

Memorials: American Diabetes Association or donor's choice.

Arrangements: Nopper-Veh Funeral Home, Gibsonburg.
