LAND: -30 May 1723 Content Bull of South Kingstown singlewoman & daughter of Ephraim Bull late of Kingstown yeoman deceased give to my brother Ephraim Bull of South Kingstown yeoman, executor to the last will & testament of our said Father dated 14 Feb 1720/21; she gives all right & claims & demands that could claim or demand. Witnesses: Daniel Knowles and Rowse Helme.
