He does not appear in the 1900 census, so presumably died young - his mother declares that 3 of her children have died. The 1900 census shows a sister (Nancy) born Apr 1893 (the date also given in her death record) and a brother (James) born Nov 1894 (but whose death record says Nov 1896). Probably Nancy was born Apr 1894.
