In Greene Co on Sandy Creek including the old mill seat, part of a tract granted to William PHILLIPS & these 40 sold by Uriah GREER to William HAMMETT. Beginning at THRASHER'S upper corner at mouth of a branch running across Sandy Creek to a pine corner thence along in one line to a white oak corner, thence down a fence to Sandy Creek then along said creek to dogwood to the old line, thence along the said line to a red oak corner, from thence along to a poplar on THRASHER'S line on the said creek, thence up the said line to the beginning.
