Since William born Jul 1836, it does not seem like she could have been born after, say, July 1835, and with Harriet born Jan 1834, she probably wasn't born before, say, Jan 1835, a 7 month gap in 1835. Alternately, she could also be squeezed inbetween Sarah b. Sep 1831 and Harriet b. Jan 1834, but this interval is, say, Sep 1832 to Jan 1833, a gap of about 4 months.
