Clarence was admitted to White Hall Soldiers' Orphan School 3 September, 1875. Clarence is a "Sixteener" He graduated in 22 Jul 1883. Upon Graduation he became an apprentice Plasterer in Mechanicsburg, Pa. (1884 report year)
