    1 Christopher (Banfield), b. ab. 1636, was about Newington 1661-1663; juryman for Dover 1664; sergeant Kittery 1700; lot layer, appraiser. In 1667 Rowland Flansell and he were partners. In 1672 and 1675 he was in York Court for living away from his wife. He m. 2d Grace widow of Richard Miller (and bought in the Miller heirs); 3d Sarah (Libby), widow of Richard Rogers of Eliot. Died 5 May 1707; his widow was living in 1729.
