    1. Sarah E. Noffsinger, who married Madison Wasky or Waskey, the owner of Waskey Mill located at the end of Looney Creek, where Back Creek begins, just south of Buchanan. The old Waskey home is now owned by William Ray Williamson. They were married in 1869, when he was age 50 and she age 26. Madison Waskey was born April 26, 1816, died July 18, 1886 - so he was actually age 53 when married. He had been married first to Mary Jane Windsor and had the following children: James Preston, born 1850; Sarah Ann, born 1843; William Christopher, born 1845; Richard Madison, born 1848; Mary Alice, born 1854; John Tulomne, born 1852; and George Robert, born 1857.

His father was Christopher Waskey, 1779-1838. Christopher married Mary Ripley daughter of Matthias Ripley, Sr., and founded the mill, leaving it to his sons, John and Madison. A Robert Waskey had another mill nearby. Sarah and Madison had no children. They are buried at High Bridge Presbyterian Church, south of Natural Bridge.
