Chelsea Elizabeth (Klingensmith) Loughner, 98, of Penn Township, died peacefully Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 in Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg. She was born Sept. 11, 1912, in Penn Township, a daughter of the late William and Edith Heasley Klingensmith. She was a lifelong member of the Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jeannette. She was a member of the Grandview Vol. Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, where she loved to play bingo. She was a stay-at-home Mom and loved to bake and cook for her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Jacob Loughner, in 1979; three brothers, William, Clarence and Albert Klingensmith; a sister, Ethel Kelly; and two daughters-in-law, Delores Baloh Loughner and Judith Clayton Loughner. She is survived by two sons, Robert F. Loughner, and friend, Gladys, of Claridge, and Kenneth R. Loughner, of Jeannette. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Richard and wife, Lori, of Penn Township, Ronald and wife, Linda, of Penn Township, Karri and husband, Scott Rogers, of Greensburg, and Kevin and wife, Tracy, of Pittsburgh; eight great-grandchildren who she loved very much, Sarah, Chelsea, Matthew, Hailey, Lindsay, Jake, Brett and Madison; one sister, Agnes Oplinger and husband, Carl, of Bovard; and numerous nieces and nephews. ...
