The 1840 census of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, p .99 lists Benjamin Flandrow as the head of a household consistin g of of one white male 30-39, one white female 30-39, and one w hite female 10-14. One family member is listed as employed in a griculture. The woman is presumably Isabella and the girl is Ch arlotte.

Stepmother Isabella is listed as the widow of Benjamin and "guar dian ad litem of Charlotte Anggevine Flandreau, a minor", in Ben jamin's will and estate papers of 1844.

Is Charlotte the Charlotte Hudson living with Isabella in 1850 ? If so, what's up with birthyear? And is there any connectio n to Alexander Banks Hudson, her uncle?
