This baptism has been linked to the Charlotte Creese who married Henry Hammond in 1803 at South Bersted on the basis that it is in the same parish, and one of the witnesses to the marriage was a Sarah Creese. The Charlotte baptised in 1784 had a younger sister called Sarah, baptised in 1785. No evidence has been found to suggest that the Charlotte baptised in 1784 died young or married someone else, nor has any other plausible Charlotte Creese baptism been found.
