    These cards were postcards, obviously filled out by the doctor and mailed in to the Department of Health.
    Even though the initials of the father are not a match, the day of birth is one day off and there is no name of child (not even a place for a name), I am pretty sure that this is the correct record. The reason rests on the occupation of the father: SHOE CUTTER. I know that Charles was a shoe cutter.
