    18 Feb 1882 - Mr. Charles Olmsted, a prominent citizen of Tarrytown, and trustee of the First Baptist Church there, died on Tuesday, at Jacksonville, Fla, at the advanced age of seventy. He was in business for more than twenty years in New York city, and retired from active life in 1868. He went south for the benefit of his health, but succumbed to a severe attack of pneumonia.
