Charles Kistler, a prominent resident of Hilltown, Bucks county, died at his home yesterday of old age, aged 76 years. He is survived by a son, Dr. Alvin J. Kistler, Philadelphia; two daughters, Mrs. D. L. Brobst, of Reading; and Mrs. C. F. Mosser, Hilltown; and the following sisters: Mrs. William Lauchnor, New Tripoli; Mrs. Mary Bachman, New Tripoli; Mrs. John Fusselman, New York City; Mrs. James Braucher, Wanamakers; Mrs. Albert Kunkle, Reading. Two step-sisters, Mrs. S. Rothermal and Mrs. Frank Seidel, Reading and six grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held at the undertaking parlors of C. E. Snyder, New Tripoli, on Saturday at 1 p.m. followed by further services and burial at New Tripoli church, Rev. A. O. Ebert officiating.
