[33] 50. Charles Hopkins Conover, eldest child of William Schenck Conover, No. 46, was born July 12, 1847, at Easton, Pennsylvania. Upon the second marriage of his mother he removed to Buffalo, New York, remaining there until 1871, when he went to Chicago, Illinois, and engaged in business. He married, December 7, 1881, Della Louise Boardman, who was born October 31, 1859, at Marshalltown, Iowa.
