Educated at Alfred University, N. Y., where he graduated 1884; m. at Nile, N. Y., Feb. 20, 1889, to Evelyn Willard. He was a teacher, and at the time of his death was principal of Albion Academy, Albion, Dane Co., Wis. He died Jan. 12, 1890, deeply mourned.
