    Land purchased of Robert Spencer, Anthony Eldred, Thomas Jackways, William West, Jeremiah Baker, Joseph Baker, Josiah? Baker, Joseph Northup, Ephraim Gardner, James Boone? and John West.
    Witnesses: Thomas Phillips Esqr., Peter Tourjee and John Gardiner.

    -13 Jun 1710 Abigal Fenix of ___, R. I. for Love to my [burn][C]harles Browne of Kingstown, youngest son [of] [Ab]igall Browne deceased whom I nursed up in his Inf___ ... my said grandson Charles Browne after my decease land in Kingstown it being my homestead farm [which I] bought & purchased in my widowhood [from] Richard Green & Phillip Tillinghast.
