In the Name of God Amen I Charles Bembow of Delborgan in the Parish of Kerry in the County of Montgomery being sick in Body but of Sound and disposing mind and Memory praised be almighty God do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say first I give and bequeath to my loving Wife Mary the sum of Seventy pounds Item I give and bequeath to Ann the Wife of Evan Griffith of Laindloes the sum of five pounds and my Will is that the Legacies aforesaid shall be paid out of any personal Estate but if the same should prove short or defense my Will is that the deficiency be made up out of the Rents and Proffitts of my real Estate and for that purpose I give and devise my real Estate in the parish of Langing in the said County to my said Wife till the same legacys shall be levied and raised out of the same and from and immediately after the said Legacys shall be fully paid I give the same real Estate to such Child or Children and may be born of the Body of my Wife within nine months next after my decease and the heirs of such Child or Children and in default of such Child or Children I give and devise my said real Estate to my Brother Richard and his heirs forever Item I do constitute nominate and appoint my said loving Wife Sole Executrix of this my Will and I do give and bequeath unto her my said Executrix all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate and effects of what kindsoever the same are or wheresoever found and I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal the Twenty fourth day of March in the year of our Lord 1746 Charles Bembow Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator Catherine Pryce Esau Jones John Griffith
