Charles Arbogast was the son of Michael Arbogast and Mary Ann Pierce who emmigrated to Appanoose County, Iowa from Virginia or West Virginia. Michael and Mary Ann's eldest daughter (that I know of) Emily Catherine Arbogast(Charle's older sister)married Phillip Keller in Appanoose County. Emily and Phillip Kellers's eldest son, Harvey, also married into this Reitzel family. He married Nora Belle Reitzel, youngest daughter of William Miles and Malinda Osborne Reitzel and half sister to Emma Angeline Reitzel. Emma Angeline's mother was Nancy Jane McCormick.
