Mrs. Charlene H. Mahan Ferguson, 60, of Willow Hill, died Saturday evening at the Richland Memorial Hospital.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Marshall Funeral Home Newton.

She was born in Jasper County, daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. C. N. Mahan.

She lived in Olney in 1925-1927 while her late father was pastor of the Cong-Christian Church.

She is a member of the First Baptist Church, Newton.

She married Ivan Ferguson Oct. 16, 1933, in Willow Hill.

Surviving are her husband; son, Lawrence of Willow Hill; sisters, Mrs. Eva Dean of Olney; Mrs. Reva Campbell of Michigan; two grandchildren.

One daughter preceded her in death.
