Obit: From California CECILIA LOCKE Cecilia E. Locke, a resident of Redwood city for 10 years, died Thursday at Mission Oaks Hospital in Los Gatos, after a long illness. She was 66. Mrs. Locke, a native of Minnesota, was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Pius Curch in Redwood City and St. Veronica's Women's club in South San Francisco. Mrs. Locke is survived by her husband, James Locke of Redwood City; a son Dennis Locke of Fremont; two daughters, Janet Overraker of Redwood City and Joan Johnson of Union City; Three brothers. Larry, Albert and Leo Cooper of Minnesota; Two sisters, Olive Stanislowski and Pearl Hufer of Minnesota; and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Crippen & Flynn Chapel, 400 Woodside Road, Redwood City. Burial will follow at Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo. Contributions may be made to Mental Health of San Mateo county, c/o Chope Hospital, 222 37th Ave., San Mateo 94403.
