[obit] Cecil Albert Prime, 80, Lewiston Road, Ashmore, Digby County, died 19 Jul 1993, in Digby General Hospital. Born in New Tusket, DigbyCounty, he was a s/o the late Ensley & Maude (Kinney) Prime. In his early years,he worked at Acadia University, Wolfville. Returning to Ashmore, he wasemployed by Canada Post as a rural route mail driver for 32 years. He is survivedby his wife, the former Edna Main; son, Wayne, Ashmore; seven stepsons, Henry & Clayton, both of Ashmore; Charlie, Belliveau Cove; Roger, Cedar Lake;Wayne, Mavillette; Alvin, BC & fabian, Hillgrove; four stepdaughters, Mildred(Mrs Charles MacNeil), Ashmore; Bernice (Mrs Roy White), New Minas; Rosetta(Mrs Allan Dunn), Waterville; Pauline (Mrs Randall Farris), Kentville; sister, Marjorie Kinney, Ashmore. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Doris Brooks. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Jayne'sFuneral Home, Weymouth North. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. 31 Jul inAshmore Baptist Church, Rev Donald Moses officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Weymouth North...
