    Cecil V. Mangnall, 83 years of age, of Beatrice, Nebraska, passed away at the Beatrice Good Samaritan Center Tuesday morning, January 5, 2016. He was born on September 2, 1932, at Pawnee City, Nebraska, to H.E. and Helen (McKnight) Mangnall, and was a graduate from Barneston High School. Cecil had been employed at Dempster Manufacturing, Carriage Motors, had farmed, helped Chris at the Country Cookin cafe and the American Legion, and following retirement had been the custodian at the Filley High School. Cecil was a member of the American Lutheran Church in Filley, Nebraska. He loved to fish, gardening, camping, traveling to casinos, and happy hour in Filley.

    Survivors include his children Christine Otto and special friend David Trebold of Beatrice, Warren Mangnall and wife Janet of Texas, Rana Nolan and husband Pat of Peoria, Arizona, Jim Mangnall and special friend Kim Groves of Marysville, Kansas, and Lenny Mangnall and wife Tessa of Pickrell, Nebraska; 9 Grandchildren Lori DeBoer (Mark), Teresa Swanson (Aaron Hasselbring), Eric Rayburn (Marie) Michelle McDade (Eric), Shannon Winkler (Jake), Donavan Mangnall, Bryce Parde, Eljah Mangnall, and Collin Mangnall; 10 Great Grandchildren Damian Otto, Aidan Swanson, Cayman DeBoer, Cora DeBoer, Malayne DeBoer, Alyssa Rayburn, Katie Rayburn, Damian McDade, Rebecca McDade, and Hailey McDade; 2 Great Great Grandchildren Jace Rayburn and Ansley Rayburn; sister Jean Dike (Jim); Brother in Law Jerry Finley and wife Bonnie; and Sisters in law Sharon Finley and Tootsie Finley. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents H.E. and Helen (McKnight) Mangnall; Wife Dorothy (2014); parents in law Teddy and Neva Finley; Grandson Jason Rayburn; Great Granddaughter Trista Swanson
